I've been navigating depression and anxiety since I was young, and living with an autoimmune condition while raising two little ones has taught me that traditional wellness advice often misses the mark. After discovering somatic practices through my yoga certification, everything clicked.
The truth? Your body isn't the problem - it's been trying to help you survive this whole time. Through my training, I learned that healing isn't about fixing yourself; it's about creating safety in your nervous system so you can actually hear what your body needs.
I'm here to share what I'm learning about embodiment and somatic healing in real, accessible ways. No spiritual bypassing, no perfection required - just honest conversations about coming back home to yourself.
